Eldhuset er eit senter for den lokale støls- og geitosttradisjonen. Der har me samla utstyr og reiskap frå tidlegare ystemiljø og sjølv om det ikkje er aktiv produksjon der prøver me å presentere aktiviteten som var vanleg på stølane før, kultur, arbeid og levemåte der ein utnytta det naturlege ressursgrunnlaget i eit brattlendt område.

Smak ostane og lær om korleis ein lager verdskjend ost. Sjå korleis kvit geitost blir modna. I eit program / kåseri tek Leif Inge deg med inn i osten sitt rike. Du kan lære om ysting i gamle dagar og dagens moderne ystemetodar og om kulturlandskapet i verdsarvområdet.

A TASTE OF UNDREDAL – packages 2020 Eldhuset is a center for the local summerfarming- and goat cheese tradition.
